Lemon curd rolls
Sweet soft brioche bread, filled with smooth homemade lemon curd. Topped with a tart lemon glaze. The perfect summery breakfast treat
This is a small batch recipe so it makes 6 rolls, you could double if you’d like 12
For the brioche bread:
140ml plant milk
3g fast action dried yeast
225g strong white bread flour
30g white sugar
1/4 tsp salt
50g vegan butter, softened
For the lemon curd: - this will make more than you need but it’s nice to have extra!
